You need to sign up with us before you start to use GoSync, and we will collect your basic account information including your email address and password related to the account.
The account information is used to generate a unique identifier for your account as part of account creation to distinguish your data from other users’ within GoSync system. Your email address will also be used to contact or notify you when necessary.
We collect technical information from your mobile device when you access or use the APP. This technical information includes device and network information, date/time stamp. This information is used to give you a summary of data sync with GoSync.
We will ask for your authorization to access your wearable device account and fitness platform account before we provide the data sync service. We only use the authorization to read your activity and health data from your wearable device account and to sync your activity and health data to your fitness platform account. You can cease the authorization of your wearable device account and fitness account through clicking “disconnect” on Settings page within GoSync app. Once disconnected, we will stop requesting and reading data from your wearable device account and stop updating activity and health data to your fitness platform account.
We will take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information and data. However, please understand that no electronic storage method or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
a) We need to share your information to provide service you have requested;
b) We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Shenzhen YongDong Keji Co. Ltd to provide service to you. Unless we tell you differently, we only provide these companies the minimum amount of information that is necessary for them to assist us and these companies do not have any right to use the personal data we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us;
c) We find that your actions on our app violate the Terms and Conditions of Use, any of our usage guidelines for specific services or any agreement; and
d) As required to respond to or initiate subpoenas, court orders, or legal process.
You can delete your account by clicking “Delete Account” on Settings Page within GoSync. After you make a deletion request, you can cancel the request within 7 days. Once account deleted, your account information, activity data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Additionally, we may retain information where deletion requests are made to comply with law and take other actions permitted by law.
