1.Login GoSync

1.1.In order to use GoSync, you will need to login with a GoSync account. You can also choose to login with your Google account if you already have one.

1.2.If you don’t get a GoSync account yet, you can click “Create one”to sign up.

2.How to connect wearable device to fitness platform account？

Before you start to sync data, you need to connect your wearable device account with your fitness platform account. While creating the connection, we will need your permission to access your wearable device and fitness platform account. After authorized, click “Connect”to create the connection.

1) Step1：select the wearable device brand and platform that you want to connect, and finish authorization.

2) Step2：after finishing authorization, click  "Connect".

3) If you want to create more connection between different device brand and platform, click “Add new” showed in Picture 3, and repeat Step1 & Step 2.

3.How to authorize GoSync to access relevant account?

Before you start to sync activity data from wearable device to fitness platform, we need your authorization to access your wearable device account and fitness platform account.

3.1.Authorize GoSync to access your HUAWEI Health account

1) STEP 1: click  "Select brand" and choose "HUAWEI Health".

2) STEP 2: click  "Agree and continue" to authorizing web page with your phone browser.

3) STEP 3: login the page with your HUAWEI ID.

4) STEP 4: select all to allow GoSync to access your HUAWEI Health data.

5) STEP 5: a notice showed to tell you whether connected or failed.

6) STEP 6: open GoSync APP again, and you will see HUAWEI Health authorized.

3.2.Authorize GoSync to access your Garmin Connect global account

1) STEP 1: click "Select brand" and choose "GARMIN".

2) STEP 2: click "Agree and continue" to authorizing web page with your phone browser.

3) STEP 3: login the page with your Garmin Connect global account.

4) STEP 4: select all to allow GoSync to access your Garmin Connect data.

5) STEP 5: a notice showed to tell you whether connected or failed.

6) STEP 6: open GoSync APP again, and you will see GARMIN authorized.

3.3.Authorize GoSync to access your Google Fit account

1) STEP 1: click “Select platform”and choose “Google Fit”.

2) STEP 2: choose your Google account.

3) STEP 3: allow GoSync to access your Google Fit account.

4.How does GoSync sync activity data?

Once you create connection between your wearable device and fitness platform, for example HUAWEI Health and Google Fit, GoSync will work automatically. All you need to do is to exercise with your HUAWEI watch or HUAWEI band. When you finish an activity, GoSync will update it to your Google Fit. You can also view how many records GoSync has synced from your device to fitness platform, as showed below.
